Finding My Purpose

I spent 20 years searching for my “purpose” and found nothing. The whole idea of purpose is a trap – a mental delusion.

There is no lost purpose waiting to be found. Life already has meaning. You were never missing anything.

When we are born, we live fully in our bodies. No past, no future. Just this moment. But for many of us, childhood trauma makes being in the body feel too painful, so we escape into the mind.

The problem is, the mind is never satisfied. It keeps us chasing a better future that never arrives. And so we suffer.

When you heal your past and feel safe enough to return to your body, the search for purpose ends. You stop chasing, and start living.

That is when joy and peace arise. That is when life feels meaningful – not from some grand purpose out there, but from being fully here, in this moment, one breath at a time.
